Let's not forget we owe it all of our livelihood. Without the sun there would be no us. I'm also a great believer in the power of food and I know that without ultraviolet light, we would have no bones. Oddly enough, we produce Vitamin D in our skin using this light. In turn, Vitamin D helps us fight cancer and put Calcium in our bones, so it's not all bad. Skin checking clinics are a place we all need to visit from time to time.
