I am glad you liked the article and that it was useful.
kids are just kids, sometimes I wonder about the fears we put in them.
I am not sure where is the line between warning them and putting fears in them. I guess I will never know.
I was very lucky I didn't have to put a timer or anything like that. we have 3 computers and our kids are so busy they do not use it that much.
I am not sure I wrote that trick - keep them so busy they will not have time to sit in front of the computer.
Thanks for coming and reading and for your comment.
Happy parenting

I talk to my kids about sexual predators and potential online dangers, but they are just naive kids! I and my children came to an agreement that they can surf MySpace or other related sites only when I am at home. So now I use internet filtering software Ez Internet Timer http://www.internettimer.net to control Internet usage for my kid. It can also block Internet browsers, e-mails, messengers in cases when I out. And now I chalk up the idea to pace the home computer in a central family area. Thanks!

I thoroughly enjoyed your article and found it to be very useful for me.<br
