I think some fruit juices are not that bad for them, like berries.

Yes you are right,people who are suffering from diabetes can not drink all kind of fruit juices.There are some fruit drinks which are not suitable for people having diabetes.So I think they should prefer vegetable juices.

Well, I am not sure drinking juices is something very helpful for people having diabetes.
Yes, it is healthy but the concept of health needs to match the medical problem.
Is milk healthy?
yes!
Well, No!
For someone who is sensitives to dairy it is actually very bad.
Is wholemeal bread with grains healthy?
yes!
well, no!
for someone having Celiac it is very not healthy.
I am sure people with diabetes could drink vegetable juice and keep their health better.

Being scared is natural yet not very effective.
Today, everyone can say that there is something running in his family. Cancer, high blood pressure, heart problems. diabetes is just another one of those things.
There is always, always, always something you can do to prevent it.
Take care of your health NOW.
It is so much easier to prevent diabetes than treating diabetes.  It is the difference between being reactive and proactive.
