Sorry, Kellie, I can't find it either, but I know it's true, except for the last bit, because parents can never really be equal to their children. We should, however, do everything we can to keep our kids' trust during their teenage years in order to have a good relationship with them as grownups.

Hi
I am trying to find a quote that I heard many years ago. It goes something like
0-5 we teach them, 5-10 we guide them 10-15 we watch and hope they listened after that we can only be their friend.
Can anyone help me with this I'm not sure if I have it right.
